Our comprehensive onboarding and training approach will support and prepare you to provide the best possible therapy to our clients. Job Summary

To facilitate collaboration of care and superior treatment outcomes for young learners, we have an opening for a Masters level OT. Our center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for young children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Most of our learners require Occupational Therapy in addition to ABA and speech therapy. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality Occupational Therapy, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our learners maximize their potential. We would also consider a strong candidate with great leadership and management skills for a more comprehensive role in the growth of Ally Behavior. Responsibilities

Provide high quality Occupational Therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team Collaborate with clinicians on case management and treatment planning Deliver 1-on-1 OT services within an early intervention ABA framework Support and mentor team members as applicable to leadership/management growth Qualifications

Masters Degree required Valid state licensure for location(s) of practice required Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism Strong and fluent writing and oral communication skills Desire for professional growth and career advancement Job Expectations & Certification Requirements

Meet weekly forty 30-minute billable sessions requirement Ability to provide necessary certifications and state licensing as applicable Physical Requirements

Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods Ability to reach and hold objects Ability to lift up to 30 pounds What You Will Bring
