with a thriving Early Intervention company in the North Shore, servicing Lynn and surrounding towns. Founded in 1951, Aspire is a private, nonprofit healthcare and educational agency providing programs for children with physical and developmental disabilities and their families. Responsibilities Provide Speech Language Pathologist services in a home/community setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assess clients using various tools, evaluate their home and other environments, and advise on necessary modifications. Deliver interventions through direct therapy (group or individual), consultation, monitoring, and written programs. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Complete professional documentation following Aspire and DPH guidelines. Requirements Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited institution. Seeking to complete a clinical fellowship, willing to obtain licensure upon employment. Ability to independently organize, manage, and prioritize tasks including clinical caseload, and work effectively as part of a team. Computer proficiency: Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs, and database management. Must be able to lift and move children up to 40 pounds. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits 20 days paid time off, including one week sick leave and 3 weeks PTO, with additional time after 3 years and increases based on longevity. Paid holidays. Longevity differential pay program.
