LPN - Atrium Health Skilled Nursing - Stanly Manor, Albemarle - PT Nights Location: 34319 Stanly Manor - Skilled Nursing Facility. Schedule: Part time, 24 hours per week, 7p-7a with alternating weekends. This position is Sign on Bonus eligible based on eligibility. Atrium Health Stanly Manor is a 90-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility offering short term rehab, long term care, palliative care, and hospice services. An on-site MD or PA/NP is available 4-5 days a week. Responsibilities
Provides nursing care and participates in planning and implementing care for residents’ comfort and well-being. Supports assessment activities, data collection, and informs the appropriate staff of significant changes. Documents observations, treatments, patient responses, and nursing care using the nursing process; participates in treatments and discharge planning. Assists the RN with development or revision of the plan of care by providing data and identifying potential goals and interventions. Maintains communications with clinical staff regarding patient status, and executes the identified plan under RN/physician supervision to ensure tasks are completed. Monitors patient progress and communicates goals to the RN; prioritizes workload to ensure timely, quality care. Maintains current knowledge of nursing practice and performs only those skills within legal boundaries and facility policies. Documents assessments, procedures, education, and information sharing with the healthcare team in a timely manner. Provides and evaluates the effectiveness of patient and family education under RN supervision within legal scope. Education, Experience And Certifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing. BLS required per policy guidelines. Current LPN license or temporary license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of work and residence; if using National License Compact state as primary residency, meet home state licensure requirements; for non-NLC states, current LPN license or temporary license in the state of work. Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required within the department by the nurse leader. Pay Range
$24.85 - $37.30 Benefits
