Location: Bangor, Maine (Travel; 13‑week contract). Compensation: $2,200 - $2,386 per week (tax‑free stipend for meals, housing, incidentals). Shift: 8‑hour days, nights. 40 hours per week. Employment type: Contract.
Job Description Supplemental Health Care is hiring Ultrasound Technologists to perform sonographic examinations in a hospital setting.
Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment for examinations
Recognize and record anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
Write reports based on scan results
Alert medical staff of any abnormalities
Qualifications
Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience
Ability to work on 13‑week travel assignments with potential extension
