Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State BLS certification (American Heart Association required) Minimum 2 years of recent experience in long term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently Dedication to providing patient-centered care with dignity and respect LPN Responsibilities – Long Term Care Nursing Jobs
