Overview

Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) role at Haemonetics Interventional Technologies. Reports to the Regional Sales Director and leads the Regional Clinical Specialist (RCS) team for a region. Works with the Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to execute regional and territory strategic objectives. Facilitates onboarding, training, ongoing clinical competency and professional development of the region’s clinical team. Supports new customer acquisition, clinical education and training, and case coverage to address customer clinical needs, contributing to sales goals and revenue growth. Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop clinical specialist personnel to execute regional objectives.

Recruit, retain, and develop the regional clinical specialist team through effective leadership and clear communication.

Establish and maintain productive relationships with key physicians, decision makers, customers, and administrative staff.

Provide clinical expertise to end users in accordance with product instructions to support procedural consistency and optimal outcomes.

Identify product use issues and communicate with the Regional Sales Director; provide additional in-service training for impacted staff if usage is incorrect.

Facilitate clinical training and onboarding of new field personnel.

Support education and training activities with physicians, hospital staff, and Haemonetics personnel; stay abreast of clinical data for Haemonetics products.

Recognize competitive products and industry trends relevant to Haemonetics.

Oversee local education and training activities, including program setup, troubleshooting, and staff in-services.

Serve as region-wide expert for Interventional Technology procedures and lead for simulation and training.

Present Haemonetics clinical papers and value proposition while complying with regulations and policy.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities per policy and law, including interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Arts or Science) required.

Health science and appropriate registrations or certifications (RN, RCIS, RCSA, RVMS, etc.)

Experience 6+ years of direct experience in the medical device industry in clinical support; strong clinical orientation; experience with interventional and structural cardiology products; cardiac cath lab or related role preferred.

3+ years of leadership or managerial experience in managing a clinical team.

3+ years of medical device experience.

3+ years in Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology in a clinical or commercial role.

Skills Proven managerial skills for coaching and development.

Excellent interpersonal and clinical orientation with ability to influence diverse clinical staff.

Experience with structural heart clinical specialist role is a plus.

Ability to communicate and tailor the Interventional Technologies value proposition.

Analytical with financial acumen; understanding of product performance impact on health-system finances.

Discretion handling confidential matters; strong written and verbal communication.

Attention to detail in records and reports; knowledge of medical device market and territory customers.

Emotional intelligence for schedule management; teamwork and collaboration mindset.

Proficiency with MS Office.

Physical Demands Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed.

Lifting up to 10 pounds.

Fine manual manipulation and keyboarding.

Exposure to blood.

Travel
