Overview:
Our client is a well-established consulting engineering firm that is a national pioneer in the development of net zero energy buildings. They are currently seeking a Mechanical EIT to join their growing team within the Bismarck market!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated responses.
Calculate heat loss/heat gain requirements for buildings.
Layout of mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or REVIT software.
Coordinate system design with other trades.
Assist with jobsite meetings as needed.
Identify and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Create and maintain customer relationships.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
3+ years of experience in MEP.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT software.
