Manufacturing precision metal products on CNC turning centers. Qualified to operate twin spindle / twin turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki. Machining metallic and nonmetallic workpieces for the aerospace industry by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and interpret process plans and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements Utilize various types of inspection instruments to check work per print Complete necessary job-related paperwork, including part identification, inspection documents, and production log EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2 Years - Setup and Operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret 2 Years - Precision CNC Machining Experience with Fanuc Controls Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Regularly required to stand and reach during the shift (8 hours) Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend Frequently required to perform repetitive or short-cycles work Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Willingness to work overtime to meet tight deadlines Understanding and observance of all safety procedures (safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc.) as designated in the work area COMPENSATION
Pay Rate: $26 - $32 per hour BENEFITS
