Position Details Start Date: ASAP for the 25/26 school year Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week); part-time candidates will be considered Grade Levels: K-5 students Compensation: Starting at $47/hour (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Available for full-time employees (30 hrs) Pay Options: 12-month and 9-month options Location: 100% On-Site CFY Candidates: Will be considered Salary Considerations: Competitive pay with non-taxable pay for providers living over 50 miles from the district Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of students\' speech, language, and communication abilities Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and student needs Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatics Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support goals in classroom and other settings Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into sessions Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely and accurate manner Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language needs Qualifications Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current ASHA certification Passionate about working with K-12 students Experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings Proficiency with assessment tools and therapy techniques used in pediatric SLP Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology (preferred) Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible work arrangements Professional development and growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Equal Opportunity Employer E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
