Support the nursing team by providing direct and indirect patient care and performing clerical duties. Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff. Serve patients across all age populations as defined by the department's scope of care. Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care including bathing, feeding, hygiene, and mobility assistance Report changes in patient condition to primary nurse promptly and accurately Assist with the use and removal of non-invasive monitoring equipment Answer call lights, anticipate patient needs, and assist in admission, transfer, and discharge Collect and transport specimens according to universal precautions and retrieve medications per policy Accurately document patient care, vital signs, intake/output, and support the nurse's plan of care Perform clerical duties including greeting visitors, managing supplies, answering phones, and ensuring charge capture Follow safety and infection control procedures, including waste removal, equipment maintenance, and proper technique Participate in emergency responses per BRGMC Code Blue Policy Perform additional duties as assigned What Sets BRG Apart
