Qualifications Job Summary : The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices. Licenses and Certifications : Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification. CPR certification is preferred. Education : Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience : 0-1 years. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care.
