Overview Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50 to $18.00.
Shifts
Mon/Wed/Fri: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Tue/Thu/Sat: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Minimum 24 hours per week, including two Sundays per month, up to 30 hours. On-call staff can choose shifts as needed; not required to be available 24/7.
Responsibilities
Minor food prep: contribute to meal preparation and promote healthy eating habits.
Group participation: attend and engage in group sessions with students to foster community.
Safety first: maintain a safe environment and ensure students' well-being.
Boundary maintenance: uphold professional boundaries while building trust and rapport.
Therapeutic support: collaborate with therapists to implement interventions aligned with each teen’s treatment plan.
Building lasting relationships: spend quality time with teens to cultivate strong, meaningful staff‑student relationships and guide them toward a brighter future.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
21 years old or older.
Current driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to pass a Utah State background check.
Willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Permit before first day of work.
