Washington Regional Urgent Care, part of Urgent Team, is hiring experienced Medical Assistants or Limited License X‑Ray Techs for locations in Rogers and Bentonville, AR. A State Limited X‑Ray License or willingness to obtain one upon hire is required.

Centers are open seven days a week: Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.–4 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m.–6 p.m. All locations are accredited by the Urgent Care Association.
Job Summary This position performs x‑ray testing, including body mechanics and patient movement, and operates diagnostic equipment. Full‑time team members work 36‑40 hours per week; PRN members are scheduled on an as‑needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
Perform timely radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by attending physicians.
Ensure quality control procedures and proper radiation protection and shielding techniques.
Prepare patients for radiologic procedures following established clinical and regulatory procedures.
Maintain equipment in proper working order and report malfunctions.
Document patient visits accurately.
Maintain and improve diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills.
Maintain current licensure and certification for the facility radiology equipment.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; medical assisting skills required.
State X‑ray license or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
