We are currently seeking Full-Time Landscape Specialty and Mowing Technicians at our Wauwatosa, WI location. This role offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands-on, outdoor projects. This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.
Qualifications
Crew Leaders need aminimum of one year landscape Crew Leader experience, and Technicians one year of general landscape experience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes Willingness to learn and improve processes Commitment to safety A degree or courses in horticulture is a plus Strongplantidentificationskills(annuals,perennials,trees,shrubs) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid WI Regular driver's license with a responsible driving record is required Responsibilities
Planting and Holiday Installs Maintain lawns through mowing and trimming Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees Specialty Technicians apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed (Wisconsin CAT 3 pesticide license required) Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks Conduct spring and fall cleanups Remove snow and ice (for hourly snow bonus) Compensation
