Doctor of Optometry - Work Remotely - Ohio Licensed (DigitalOptometrics) Licensed Doctor of Optometry – Ohio licensed. Join DigitalOptometrics as an Independent Contractor to provide tele-optometry services remotely using our patented technology. This role offers flexibility for Optometrists and expanded access for patients to schedule eye exams. Responsibilities
Examine patients in the state(s) where you are licensed through patented remote technology. Communicate with patients verbally and visually using specialized video conference technology. Collaborate with Ophthalmic Technician support to analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses from a remote location. Assist with credentialing and training as needed. Provide competitive compensation expectations (as an Independent Contractor). Maintain licensure requirements; multiple state licenses are a plus. Qualifications
Licensed Doctor of Optometry in Ohio. Willingness to work remotely as part of DigitalOptometrics’ optometrist panel (primary or supplemental source of income). Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients via telehealth platforms. Employment type
