operates

in a clinical healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Patient Care:

Assist

physical therapists in implementing and

modifying

treatment plans based on patients’ needs and progress. Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed. Assessment & Documen

ta

tion: Collect and document patient da

ta

, including progress notes, treatment outcomes, and responses to therapy. Report any changes in patients' conditions to the physical therapist. Education & Support: Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, equipment

use

, and strategies for enhancing functional independence. Offer guidance on home exercise programs and preventive care. Equipment Management: Set up and main

in therapeutic equipment and assist patients with the use of therapeutic devices and aids. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physical therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Participate in care team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. required
