Physical Therapist
PRN - hours vary: Flexible days | No weekends Outpatient Physical Therapy
We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team, providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients across various disciplines, including sports medicine and orthopedic therapy.
In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, monitor and report on patient progress, and perform therapy treatments on a one-on-one basis.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations and create tailored treatment plans. Deliver high-quality Physical Therapy treatments. Maintain accurate documentation and provide patient and family education. Engage in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities. Uphold certification and licensure requirements, completing continuing education as necessary. Foster excellent customer service and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure: Current physical therapy license in the State of Ohio; must maintain CEUs for licensure renewal. Certification: Current BLS certification. Experience: Recent graduates are welcome; however, a minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
