Tipp City, OH - Outpatient Part-Time: 20 hours per week

Join our Rehabilitation Services team as a Physical Therapist specializing in Sports Medicine.

Under the guidance of the department Supervisor, you will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients, managing their rehabilitation process, and supporting the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharge summaries for a diverse patient population. Provide patient treatment based on evaluations and reassessments. Complete documentation in a timely manner and maintain productivity standards. Delegate tasks appropriately and contribute to patient case management. Perform non-clinical tasks to ensure effective daily operations. Engage in departmental, hospital, and community programs or meetings. Teach, orient, train, supervise, and mentor co-workers, new employees, volunteers, observers, and at least one student annually.

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Physical Therapist license in Ohio. Strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve, plan, and prioritize. Flexibility and independent judgment in decision-making. Commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct according to APTA's Code of Ethics. Demonstrates a positive attitude, initiative, dependability, and effective verbal and written communication. BLS certification required at time of hire.
