You'll wire, troubleshoot, and rebuild the electrical backbone of facilities that run 24/7 manufacturing plants, refineries, utilities, and energy hubs. TRIFECTA deploys Industrial Journeyman Electricians who already have the skills, speed, and safety mindset to perform when downtime isn’t an option.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
480 V Power Distribution & Motor Controls
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain MCCs and VFDs.
Medium-Voltage (5 kV–15 kV) Systems
Splice, terminate, and energize feeders, transformers, and switchgear.
PLC & Controls Integration
Collaborate with controls engineers; edit and commission logic in Allen-Bradley / Siemens environments.
Control Panel Wiring
Assemble and wire control panels, relays, contactors, and instrumentation.
Shutdowns & Turnarounds
Lead or assist major outages, retrofits, and electrical rebuilds under tight deadlines.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Perform megger/hi-pot testing, IR scanning, and winding checks on critical assets.
Blueprint Reading
Interpret one-lines, schematics, and wiring diagrams for precise installations.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce NFPA 70E, LOTO, and OSHA 10 standards on every job.
Training & Improvement
Mentor junior techs and help clients optimize electrical reliability.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
4+ Years Industrial Electrical Experience
Apprenticeship complete (or equivalent) plus heavy-industrial field work (mills, refineries, manufacturing).
Medium-Voltage Proficiency
Hands-on 5 kV–15 kV splicing, terminations, and energization.
MCC / VFD Mastery
Able to install, program, and troubleshoot 50 HP packages independently.
PLC Familiarity
Edit and debug logic in RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000 / TIA Portal.
Print Reading & Documentation
Skilled in one-lines, schematics, and panel layouts.
Safety Credentials
Current NFPA 70E & OSHA 10; strong LOTO discipline.
Availability
Ready to start within 24-48 hours and commit to 40–50 hrs/week.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Plant shutdown/turnaround leadership (520-person crews)
Instrumentation & Controls (420 mA loop calibration / signal testing)
Forklift or Rigging Certification
Confined-Space / NIOSH compliance experience
Emergency or rapid-deployment background
