We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in an industrial setting, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance with national codes and standards. Candidates with NFPA and OSHA safety training and relevant certifications are strongly preferred. Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in industrial environments. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation of electrical systems. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations. Diagnose and repair issues with motors, control panels, transformers, VFDs, PLCs, and other industrial equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to support production needs. Participate in safety meetings, audits, and training. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Technical or trade school preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience. Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and OSHA safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints. Experience with 480V, 277V, and low-voltage systems. Proficiency with hand tools, testing equipment, and electrical diagnostic tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Training & Certifications
