Electrical/Mechanical
Assemblers for projects located in
Germantown, WI . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is
up to $24/hour
based on experience and skill level
plus $125/per diem
for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are an

Read and interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Apply both electrical and mechanical knowledge to ensure accurate assembly Assemble electrical harnesses and wire components to harnesses according to drawings Perform vacuum pump-down and refrigerant charging processes as required Complete assembly of cabinets for LC, LV, small QV, and curb units Assemble air boxes and supply air (SA) boxes Install and assemble all mechanical components per drawings and specifications Operate overhead cranes and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently Utilize various hand tools and power tools proficiently Inspect and verify assembly quality per QC standards Identify and label parts accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Responsibilities
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to interpret technical documentation (schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams) Must have basic hand tools and standard PPE Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Qualifications
