40 hours/week Base pay range:
$27.00/hr - $37.00/hr Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or Pro-E Creo. Create detailed engineering drawings and bills of materials for manufacturing and assembly purposes. Engineer structural frameworks, weldments, and sheet metal components for heavy-duty equipment applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and field service to ensure design feasibility and efficiency. Support the integration of hydraulic and pneumatic systems into product designs. Conduct basic structural and stress analysis; support FEA analysis in Ansys as needed. Participate in design reviews, prototype evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure designs meet performance, quality, and safety standards applicable to off-road and mobile equipment. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design issues during prototyping and production stages. Maintain and manage engineering documentation in compliance with internal standards and processes. Qualifications
Strong 3D CAD experience in either SolidWorks, Inventor, and/or Pro-E Ansys FEA experience is preferred, but not required Experience designing and engineering metal framework, weldments, sheetmetal, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc Heavy off road equipment experience is a plus Skills
AAS or BSME preferred Inventor CAD, Solidworks, and/or Pro-E Creo experience preferred Must be able to pass a CAD test in Autodesk Inventor Experience with heavy off road equipment, oil processing equipment, or mobile equipment preferred Benefits
