6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule) Pay:

$34–$36 per hour (starting rate to commensurate with experience)

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Industrial Electrician

to support our plant operations. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls across high-speed bottling and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot 480VAC to 24VDC electrical systems and motor control centers

Troubleshoot and repair process and packaging equipment (fillers, conveyors, packers, palletizers, etc.)

Work with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo drives to maintain electronic control systems

Calibrate, inspect, and troubleshoot flow, pressure, level, and temperature instrumentation

Lead and train other E&I technicians as needed

Create worker orders in our maintenance system

Troubleshoot, photo eyes and proximity sensors

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on experience as an industrial electrician

1–2 years in a high‑speed production environment (food/beverage or bottling preferred)

Formal E&I training from vocational school, military, or certification program preferred

Understanding of 480VAC power distribution systems and NEC code

Skilled in using electrical tools (megger, amp/volt meters, conduit benders, etc.)

Solid troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems

Experience with PLCs and industrial controls (Allen‑Bradley, ControlLogix, SLC‑500, DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP) (preferred)

Familiarity with VFDs and servo systems (PowerFlex, SEW, Pacific Scientific, Rockwell)

Knowledge of vision systems and online coding/printing systems a plus

Physical Requirements

Stand on hard surfaces such as concrete for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift

Lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds

Climb stairs, ladders, platforms, and other structures on equipment or buildings to inspect, operate, maintain, or troubleshoot

Bend at the knees, twist the back, and kneel as needed to access equipment for operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting

Work indoors and outdoors in varying seasonal temperatures and humidity levels

Function effectively in areas of high noise while using proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
