As a Quality Engineer, you’ll collaborate with production teams and subject matter experts to drive continuous improvement, reduce customer complaints, and ensure our products meet the highest standards. What You’ll Do

Champion product quality and on‑time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction

Develop and refine inspection methods to improve product analysis and recommend enhancements

Collaborate across departments to elevate quality standards and processes

Ensure compliance with internal and industry quality benchmarks

Lead problem‑solving initiatives and implement strategic solutions

Conduct inspections and document findings with accuracy and clarity

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) database

Manage raw material qualifications and troubleshoot quality control issues

Analyze data to identify trends and communicate results to the manufacturing team

Drive cost reduction initiatives through process optimization

Lead process improvement projects using tools like Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, and Lean

Coordinate cross‑functional activities and maintain effective communication across teams

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

3+ years of dedicated experience in manufacturing or quality engineering

5+ years of overall experience in manufacturing

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies

Familiarity with ISO procedures and work instructions

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ISO 9001 standards

Audit experience

Background in printing, manufacturing, or gaming industries

Compensation and Benefits The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887–$115,000. Base pay is only part of our Total Rewards program. Benefits include 401(k) with company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
