Location: Riverside, CA Job Overview We seek a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Riverside, CA. In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC systems for a wide range of clients. If you excel at diagnosing technical issues, take pride in quality workmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced service environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable system operation Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system components Complete accurate documentation of service calls and repairs Communicate service findings and recommendations to customers and team members Ensure all work is performed by safety standards, local codes, and company policies Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician EPA Certification (required) Solid understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach Based in Riverside, CA, servicing clients throughout the surrounding areas Work in various commercial settings including office buildings, retail centers, industrial sites, and healthcare facilities May require occasional after-hours or emergency service calls Why Join Us Competitive pay with opportunities for performance-based bonuses Full benefits package: medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO), holidays, and sick leave 401(k) with company match Company-provided vehicle, tools, and uniform Ongoing training and clear opportunities for career growth All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
