Provide leadership and supervision for the WTG Programing / Automation Resources. Work with other WTG Managers to ensure all Holland equipment meets mechanical and electrical requirements. Provide recommendations and assistance with System Security of all remote welding equipment. Collaborate with Holland divisions on new equipment function to effectively outline product scope and participate in estimating new projects. Serve as organizational leader for the oversight and development of innovative Holland product designs. Provide leadership for technical problem solving. Manage the programming resource capacity plan and schedule. Provide input into the Holland equipment design for all Holland automation projects. Support Holland quality system. Develop the skills and abilities of the personnel within WTG. Develop personnel skills and abilities through mentoring and formal development plans. Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and other Holland employees during all phases of a project. Manage WTG programming personal projects, schedule, and quality. This applies to both internal and contracting personnel. Maintain Program version control of all Welding Technology Group projects. Document any equipment and process related changes. Periodic travel is required, domestic and international, for field site visits and vendor assessment. Work with vendors to improve product quality, delivery and continuously reduce cost. Provide troubleshooting and repair assistance to all internally developed welding control systems and other related equipment automation. Utilize the latest technology and tools to facilitate product and process improvements. Effectively develop personnel to produce next generation automation products. Generate and maintain group performance metrics. Support WTG Mechanical Engineering with process improvements and capital projects. Other duties as assigned. Essential Functions

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Willingness to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots) as needed. Environmental Conditions

Office/cubicle environment. Shop environment including welding, overhead cranes, and fork trucks. Field on-track environment. Qualifications

BS in related field preferred Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial automation. Management experience in group code development. Experience with supporting long-lifecycle continuous improvement projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage remote team. Ability to drive creative and unique programing / automation solutions. Able to work to deadlines. Agile Software Development Experience Work effectively as team leader. Ability to facilitate and make decisions. Minimum 5 years of UI Design Experience Extensive knowledge of LabVIEW and LabVIEW Architectural Designs. Detail oriented. Self-motivated. Salaried, exempt This role will require to sign both a non-compete and non-solicit agreement.

The candidate will be eligible for a $500 Sign-On Bonus for each form they sign, totaling $1000. This Sign-On Bonus will be paid out on the first pay period following date of hire.
