Mechatronics Manager / Engineering Manager – Mechatronics

My client, a leading manufacturer of custom‑engineered industrial systems, is seeking a Mechatronics Manager to lead the innovation, design, and integration of electromechanical subsystems across new and existing product lines.
This is a hands‑on, full‑time leadership role at the intersection of mechanical design, controls engineering, and automation which is ideal for a technical leader with LabVIEW expertise ready to drive high‑impact engineering initiatives from concept to launch.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead software and automation design for new product development
Manage the integration of mechanical and electronic systems, including PLCs, sensors, motors, and wiring
Supervise engineering staff and provide technical mentorship and direction
Collaborate with operations, R&D, and field support to drive system reliability and performance
Ensure alignment with product standards, safety protocols, and customer specifications
Develop schedules, resource plans, and documentation for complex engineering programs
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering required
Deep understanding of LabVIEW architectural design principles
Proficiency programming in LabVIEW
Experience leading engineering projects and/or teams in an industrial product environment
Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
