We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring exceptional project outcomes. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and works closely with clients, architects, and the design team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction for custom residential projects

Develop, maintain, and execute construction schedules

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion

Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

Lead site meetings and communicate updates with project managers and clients

Ensure all work meets building codes, specifications, and design intent

Track materials, deliveries, and inventory to prevent project delays

Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and punch lists

Mentor and oversee on-site laborers and junior supervisors

Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role

Proven track record delivering custom homes or luxury residential projects

Strong understanding of building codes, residential construction methods, and trade coordination

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

OSHA 30 certification

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, but not required
