Position Overview The Construction Foreman is the field leader responsible for executing day‑to‑day job site operations, coordinating crews, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedules, and delivering high‑quality workmanship. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment, and takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish. You’ll be the bridge between management and the field, keeping communication clear, operations smooth, and results exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise construction crews on roofing and exterior renovation projects.

Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and Colorado OSHA regulations.

Review blueprints, job scopes, and daily work plans to organize crew tasks.

Communicate with Project Managers and clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Oversee material deliveries, equipment use, and site cleanliness.

Conduct on‑site inspections to verify quality, craftsmanship, and code compliance.

Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and project documentation.

Coach and develop crew members to promote accountability, safety, and professional growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of residential construction and exterior systems (roofing, siding, framing, and trim).

Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple trades.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organization skills.

Working knowledge of construction safety protocols and Colorado building codes.

Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation.

OSHA 10 or 30 Certification .

Comfortable working outdoors year‑round in various conditions.
