Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple fiber and small cell construction projects. Create work packages, develop schedules, and oversee field operations. Collaborate with engineering, permitting, and operations teams to maintain project timelines. Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality and safety compliance. Manage project financials — including purchase orders, invoicing, and forecasting. Track project milestones and report progress against key performance metrics. Prepare project documentation, correspondence, and reporting as required. Support administrative tasks such as PO processing, milestone tracking, and vendor management. Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or wireless construction. Proficiency in fiber construction, small cell design, and node / power installation. Knowledge of OSP (Outside Plant) construction methods: bore, trench, aerial placement, leased duct. Experience managing construction crews and field safety. Understanding of 811 utility locating, NESC, NEC, and OSHA standards. Familiarity with test equipment and techniques (OTDR, PIM, SWEEP). Strong skills in Excel, SmartSheets, and MS Office. Excellent organization and communication abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Node and Small Cell construction project management. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking. OSHA 10 certification preferred. High school diploma required; technical training or certifications a plus. Valid driver's license required. Additional Details
Travel
Up to 40% to sites across AZ, NV, and NM. Expenses
Mileage and cell phone reimbursement per standard policy. Work Environment
60% office-based work. 40% field-based work with exposure to construction sites and outdoor elements. Overtime
Approved as needed. Timesheets
