Location: Phoenix AZ. NV and NM travel may be required Schedule/Hours: Hybrid role. 60% in office and 40% in field. Possible travel to NV or NM. Applicant should be open to any combination of office and field days, Monday - Friday. 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM AZ time Expenses: Mileage when traveling; cell phone standard charges Role: Network Construction Project Manager - Fiber Small Cell Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr. Benefits eligible as described below. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include creating work packages for vendors, coordinating construction schedules, communicating with vendors and inspectors, resolving construction issues in the field, and ensuring projects are built on schedule and within budget. This position will work with all team members to proactively anticipate and solve problems that may arise during any phase of the build process. Common activities will include data collection, analysis, and reporting for assigned projects. Maintain open communication across all areas of the business and work as a unit while fostering the client’s vision and values. Deliver key KPIs for area of responsibility including but not limited to On-Time Install fiber complete for small cell, small cell LCD installed, enterprise revenue, and vendor and vehicle safety. Support Network Construction team with assigned tasks and projects, which could include correspondence, administrative tasks, POs, invoicing, tracking project deliverables dates, monitoring deadlines, managing vendors, and providing regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise. Qualifications

Primary candidates should include proficiency with the following experiences/abilities: Ability to organize work across several different projects simultaneously Communicate updates in a concise and timely manner Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Engineering Permitting Regulatory Operations and Project Delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Fiber construction drawing and design proficiency Small cell construction drawing and design proficiency OSP fiber construction bore trench aerial placement leased duct Node and power construction, foundation, pole installation, power installation, RF component installation, troubleshooting Understanding of the process for bringing metered power to a small cell site Construction crew management Understanding of 811 utility location process and best practices for safe sub-surface construction Excel and SmartSheets Education / Certifications

High School degree A valid driver’s license required OSHA 10 or preferred Experience / Minimum Requirements

Minimum three (3) years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience General knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques (aerial/underground) for SCS General knowledge of Small Cell Construction techniques Familiarity with test equipment and techniques for performing OTDR, PIM, and SWEEP General knowledge of NESC, NEC, and OSHA standards Other Skills / Abilities

Knowledge of budget development and execution Knowledge of construction management process Ability to read and understand construction drawings Ability to direct and diagnose workflow problems, critical paths, and institute remedies in a timely manner Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills – MS Office, SmartSheets, and Excel Working Conditions

Will be required to travel to project sites with exposure to heavy equipment and environmental conditions (approximately 40% of the time). Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions (approximately 60% of the time). Additional Skills & Qualifications

Responsibilities include: Prepares and submits purchase orders and processes contractor invoices for fiber and small cell Assists with project financials and milestone management (forecasting, issuing and receiving on vendor POs, tracking and resolving past due invoices) Provide additional administrative support as required Communicates issues to management prior to reaching critical status Workplace Type
