Aircraft Maintenance Technicians are responsible for preventative maintenance and alterations of client aircraft, adhering to specifications and safety standards. The Aircraft Technician inspects aircraft engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, accessories, brakes, valves, pumps, and air‑conditioning systems. Technicians maintain records related to maintenance performed on the aircraft and sign mechanical flight releases. Mechanics may also repair sheet metal or composite surfaces and rely on pilots’ descriptions of problems to discover and restore faulty equipment. As a certified AMT, you play a vital role in ensuring the safety of team members and guests, and the airworthiness of our fleet.

Responsibilities

Perform all assigned maintenance duties related to routine inspections, troubleshooting, and airframe structures, engines, aircraft systems, etc.

Perform all airframe, power plant repairs and modifications required to meet Company, Client, and FAA requirements.

Read and understand blueprints and aircraft wiring diagrams with proper interpretation and incorporation.

Remove and disassemble defective parts; assemble, install and test replacement parts.

Ensure that all documentation is kept current with open discrepancies and completed corrective actions with accuracy.

Operate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments while maintaining a clean and operative working environment.

Accurately and timely record and submit work orders.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Tow and park aircraft.

Perform other aircraft maintenance work as may be required.

Accomplish performance measures that cohere with CAS and client values of safety, integrity, respect, and trust.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with no history of infractions.

Knowledge and understanding of the English language.

1 year of previous line maintenance experience preferred, not required.

Experience and/or training on at least two commercial aircraft types (A319, A320, A321, B737, B767, B777, E190, etc.) preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literacy.

Legal ability to operate a motorized vehicle.

Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination.

Exemplifies CAS and client safety culture, values, and mission.

Physical Requirements

Stand, lie down, kneel, climb stairs, scaffolds or ladders.

Frequently lift, pull, and hold objects weighing more than 70 pounds.

Noise and vibration are common when engines are operating; ear protection is required.

Work in all elements of weather extremes is expected; work under time pressure to maintain flight schedules.
