Overview Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift at Cirrus in Grand Forks. Cirrus manufactures composite parts for Cirrus SR20, SR22, and SF50 Vision Jet. Cirrus offers Cirrus University training and a pathway for career progression.

Schedule 2nd Shift: Mon - Thurs, 3:30pm - 2:00am, OT as required. There is a 10% differential added to the base pay for this shift.

Responsibilities

Hand fabrication of composite parts

Tooling preparation and maintenance

Cutting and trimming of various manufacturing materials

Oven operation and other manufacturing processes

Support multiple fabrication responsibilities as needed

Progression/Compensation

Technician Level I (6 months)

Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)

Technician Level IV (3-5 years)

Competency/Position Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Dependable with a passion for learning and attention to detail

Basic ability to use or learn Cirrus Aircraft electronic data & software

Manual Dexterity You will need to use your hands with precision on small items and in small spaces. You must be quick and confident with your hands.

Qualifications

Good work history required

Ability to pass pre-employment drug test

A combination of schooling and general mechanical knowledge also considered
