Job Duties & Responsibilities Ensure enforcement/ compliance of CF Evans Construction’s corporate safety, quality, and schedule / production management programs, as well as lead and direct project planning and customer service programs for projects. Foster and ensure cooperative and collaborative internal and external partner relationships. Lead and/or perform portions of estimates for projects, including understanding scope and performing accurate quantity surveys. Ensure proper management of the client’s expectations established for preconstruction efforts; Ability to build relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Demonstrate support of project teams throughout the preconstruction process including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, value analysis, and design management; Provide Value Engineering options as necessary. Coordinate pricing efforts with the construction services teams and Director of Safety for construction assemblies and logistics. Develop or further enhance phasing and sequencing plans, in consultation with Operations. Seniority level:
