Location: New York(Hybrid) Are you a visionary water leader with the technical pedigree and business acumen to shape large-scale infrastructure projects? You’ll be the face of the water practice in the East—shaping vision, mentoring teams, and directing technical delivery. High-impact projects with high visibility to the business leaders Clearly defined career path with trajectory to the senior leadership team Highly experienced leadership to receive mentorship from and collaborate with Strategic autonomy and trust to drive your region forward. What You’ll Own: Lead and grow a high-performance water engineering portfolio across municipal and industrial sectors. Act as the senior technical advisor for complex water treatment and infrastructure projects. Cultivate long-term client partnerships and represent the firm at key industry events. Identify growth opportunities, lead proposal development, and steer business strategy. What You Will Bring: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. 15+ years of water/wastewater expertise in consulting and design engineering. Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop new business. Deep technical background and a passion for elevating teams and project delivery. What They Offer: Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 (depending on experience). Benefits: Full suite including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and performance bonus.
