Responsibilities
Radiologic Technologists perform Radiographic Examinations that create images for diagnosis.
Radiography integrates scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy in Radiographic positioning and exposure technique.
Prepare for and assist the Radiologist in the completion of intricate Radiographic Examinations.
Qualifications
High School education or equivalent and graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
State of Florida Radiologic License.
ARRT Registered.
CPR.
BLS required.

It specializes in cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience and neurology, digestive health, orthopedics, womens services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine and general surgery including minimally invasive and robot-assisted procedures. GME programs include general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine and transitional year. It also hosts the AdventHealth Pepin Heart Institute and the Kiran C. Patel Research Institute.
