3100 East Fletcher Avenue Tampa, Florida 33613 The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Tampa is a faith-based, not-for-profit 626-bed hospital specializing in cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience, digestive health, orthopedics, women’s services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine, and general surgery. It hosts GME programs in general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, and transitional year. It is home to the AdventHealth Pepin Heart Institute and the Kiran C. Patel Research Institute, leading in cardiovascular care and medical research. The role you’ll contribute: Under supervision, performs diagnostic, radiographic, therapeutic endovascular, and non-vascular interventional radiographic procedures, administers contrast agents, and ensures patient safety and care. Responds to hospital calls within 30 minutes and participates in customer service and team relationships. The value you’ll bring to the team: · Demonstrates core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork. · Assists physicians with procedures, ensuring aseptic techniques and patient safety. · Maintains intra-arterial access, participates in physiologic monitoring, and manages hemostasis. · Ensures proper positioning, study accuracy, and prepares the suite for procedures. · Follows safety protocols, including PPE use and radiation safety. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: · Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiologic Technologist with required certifications. · 3+ years of relevant work experience. · BCLS and ACLS certifications. · Additional certifications depending on the specific role, such as RCIS, NREMT, RTR, TGR, ARRT, or RTVI.
