Description: Candidate Type: MD (Medical Doctor) | Job Type: Locum | Disciplines: RAD (Radiology) | Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (sporadic days no weekends)
Established hospitals in southeastern Massachusetts have opportunities for a skilled Radiologist to provide locum coverage.
Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: 7a-4p or 8a-5p, 2-3 weekdays per week
No call required
Multiple facilities
Case Volume: 70% IR/30% DX or 70% DX/30% IR
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
During your time off, stroll along a scenic waterfront with views of towering bridges, walk through historic mill buildings repurposed into art spaces and shops, and hike nearby trails offering panoramic views.

Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Active unencumbered Radiologist Massachusetts state license
Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
One year of work experience as a Radiologist
One year of EMR experience
Board Certified
Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required
Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
