Their mission is to provide responsive, high-quality, and evidence-based psychological care with a team-oriented and values-driven approach. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented licensed testing psychologist to join their team and grow with them. Position Summary
We are currently hiring full-time licensed testing psychologists to administer high-quality psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for clients across the lifespan. Common referral concerns include depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, PTSD, and learning and personality disorders. The results of these evaluations are frequently used to determine eligibility for academic accommodations, workplace supports, and state or federal benefits. Testing Psychologists Are Expected To
Competently administer, score, and interpret industry-standard intelligence, neuropsychological, mood and anxiety, personality, and trauma measures; Integrate findings into comprehensive, client-centered evaluation reports; and Communicate results with sensitivity, clarity, and clinical insight during feedback sessions with clients and families. Full administrative support is provided, including scheduling, billing, credentialing, and marketing. Automated report-writing empowers clinicians to focus on high-quality clinical assessment and client interaction while minimizing time spent drafting reports. Compensation
At Tailwinds, we believe every full-time psychologist deserves to earn at least six figures (plus benefits) on an annual basis. Compensation is based on license type and tenure with the practice, and is calculated per billable hour (i.e., hours billed to the client or insurance, including intake, test administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and feedback). Full-time testing psychologists are expected to complete a minimum of two full testing evaluations per week to maintain full-time status and benefits eligibility. Compensation Structure
Year 1: 55% of revenue billed per billable hour Year 2: 60% Year 4+: 65% Base earnings range reflects good-faith estimate of gross annual earnings for a Year 1 clinician completing an average of 23 testing evaluations per week. Hiring Bonus
All new clinical hires who bring a testing caseload with them are eligible to receive a one-time bonus of $50 per established client. Benefits For Full-Time Staff

PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Active Illinois license Strong psychodiagnostic and assessment skills Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn core assessment batteries for ADHD, autism, learning disorders, PTSD, and mood/personality concerns Excellent report-writing and communication skills Commitment to ethical, client-centered care Minimum of 2 completed evaluations per week for full-time designation A desire to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
