We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented licensed testing psychologist to join our team and grow with us. Position Summary
We are currently hiring full-time licensed
Testing Psychologists
to administer high-quality psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for clients across the lifespan. Common referral concerns include depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, PTSD, and learning and personality disorders. The results of these evaluations are frequently used to determine eligibility for academic accommodations, workplace supports, and state or federal benefits. Responsibilities
Competently administer, score, and interpret industry-standard intelligence, neuropsychological, mood and anxiety, personality, and trauma measures; Integrate findings into comprehensive, client-centered evaluation reports; Communicate results with sensitivity, clarity, and clinical insight during feedback sessions with clients and families. Full administrative support is provided, including scheduling, billing, credentialing, marketing, and AI-enabled documentation tools (with client consent), allowing clinicians to focus on high-quality clinical assessment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong psychodiagnostic and assessment skills Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn core assessment batteries for ADHD, autism, learning disorders, PTSD, and mood/personality concerns Excellent report-writing and communication skills Commitment to ethical, client-centered care A desire to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment Education & Experience
PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Active Illinois license Minimum of 2 completed evaluations per week for full-time designation
