A reputable elementary school in Camas, WA is seeking two skilled Speech‑Language Pathologists with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP‑CCC) credentials for a contract assignment covering maternity leaves. The assignment runs from January 3 to June 15 and offers a full‑time, Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech‑language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 43 students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ communication needs
Collaborate with educators and staff to promote effective communication strategies within the school environment
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and professional standards
Deliver services in person, ensuring direct interaction and support for students
Qualifications
Valid SLP‑CCC credential required
Experience working with elementary‑aged children preferred
Ability to manage a caseload of 43 students efficiently
Must be able to work independently with no supervision required for Clinical Fellowship Year Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (CFY of SLPA)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Availability to interview on most weekdays
