Licensed Mental Health Professional - Part Time

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to work with us on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with disadvantaged youth and be licensed in the state of New Mexico. Base pay range: $79.00/hr - $82.00/hr Benefits include: Retirement savings plan with employer match up to 5% AD&D Insurance Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor the Mental Health Program Provide on-call mental health services for emergencies Supervise mental health interns and employees Conduct staff development and training Provide consultation with Health Services staff Develop constructive programs for meeting students’ mental health issues Document and submit forms and correspondence to local, state, and federal agencies Provide evaluation and diagnostic services to inpatient or outpatient students Provide limited psychiatric treatment as permitted by licensure Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatric Social Worker Experience working with disadvantaged youth Knowledge of mental health issues of disadvantaged youth Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulation 1 year of experience as a licensed independent practitioner providing assessment and treatment services to adolescents and young adults About Our Program: Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country.
