Speech Language Pathologist – Dignity Health Job Summary And Responsibilities

Provides patient care including evaluating patients for treatment, developing a plan of care, establishing goals, and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals. Consults with other health care disciplines to co‑coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients. Instructs patients and caregivers in home programs for exercises and functional activities.

Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:

Internship or rotation in an appropriate clinical setting.

Graduate of an accredited Speech Pathology program.

Arizona Speech‑Language Pathology License.

Certificate of Clinical Competence.

American Heart Association BLS.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care preferred.

Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.

Prior use of electronic health record preferred.

Pay Range $39.18 - $58.28 /hour
