Provides patient care including evaluating patients for treatment, developing plan of care, establishing goals, and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals. Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient. Instructs patients and caregivers in home programs for exercises and functional activities. Job Requirements
Minimum
Internship or rotation in an appropriate clinical setting. Graduate of an accredited Speech Pathologist program. Arizona Speech-Language Pathology License. Certificate of Clinical Competence. American Heart Association BLS. Preferred
2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care preferred. Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred. Prior use of electronic health record preferred. Where You'll Work
