Overview / Responsibilities
Perform medical imaging procedures for diagnosis or treatment in a clinical setting, focusing on routine radiography.
Apply expertise in patient handling, physics, anatomy, physiology, pathology and radiology to assess patients, optimize radiologic techniques, and evaluate resulting radiographic images.
Perform minor clinic clerical duties as needed.
Report to the Medical Imaging Manager and maintain an indirect reporting line to the Clinic Administrator.
Float to any of our 7 clinic locations as assigned to cover staff absences and vacancies.
Employment Details
FTE: 1.0
Shift: Day shift. Every 4th weekend and holiday rotation
Hours per week: 40
Weekends: Some
Benefit Eligible
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Sign-on bonus: $7,500
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an approved school of Radiologic Technology Program
0-2 years’ experience in a hospital or clinic
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registered
Licensed by the State of Wisconsin
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Radiologic Technologist experience
Knowledge of Epic Ambulatory EMR, RIS and PACS
