Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Seeking an accomplished maintenance mechanic/technician with solid electrical component experience.
Responsibilities
Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial components such as motors, variable AC drives, PLCs, servos, sensors, and switches.
Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial pneumatic system components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and solenoids.
Maintain required repair and work logs.
Keep up-to-date machinery history reports to include: repairs, parts exchanges, modifications, any results found through troubleshooting, etc.
Reads and interprets equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Fabricate as needed
Requirements
5 years of maintenance experience required
Must be able to work any required schedule needed for the facility needs.
Working knowledge of electrical, electronic controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, cutting, welding, fabrication, and tooling
Must be able to read and follow blueprints and schematics
Ability to troubleshoot equipment in all the above-mentioned areas
Shift 1st shift 6am – 4pm
3rd shift 10pm-6:30am
