Base pay range: $42.00/hr - $43.00/hr
Schedule: 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) – Saturdays (10pm-6am; shift starts Friday night), Sundays (10pm-6am), Monday–Wednesday (10pm-6am; shift starts Tuesday night)
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems, read schematics and use testing equipment (volt‑ohm meter, amp meter, oscilloscope).
Apply knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers and preventative maintenance systems.
Operate lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc® welders for repair and fabrication work.
Respond to maintenance calls, perform urgent repairs, and conduct diagnostic work from task lists.
Inspect machines, develop repair plans and identify short‑term and long‑term repairs.
Work under pressure to minimize equipment downtime and maintain production flow.
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Can lift 15–50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
Can stand, walk, climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
Experience with high‑voltage wiring (480V 3‑phase motors) and multi‑craft repairs.
Electrical certification, manufacturing maintenance experience, or welding experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years mechanical/electrical repair training in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Strong customer service, flexibility, self‑starter, and safety‑focused mindset.
