Installation Manager CLAM Associates seeks an experienced

Installation Manager

The Installation Manager will direct the company’s install partners and their crews, provide daily guidance and advice, and ensure every installation meets high standards, customer expectations, and budget goals. You’ll receive weekly pay, a company vehicle, corporate support, and other perks.

Earn over $100,000 annually – base salary starting at $75,000 plus monthly & quarterly bonuses.

The Role

Oversee the installation process—from scheduling to final walkthrough.

Manage subcontractor crews—ensuring projects stay on track.

Confirm contract obligations—maintaining transparency and customer trust.

Deliver top‑tier customer service—serving as the main point of contact for homeowners.

Manage materials, labor, and expenses—controlling costs without sacrificing quality.

Ensure on‑time payments and follow‑ups—keeping jobs under 60 days.

Requirements

Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role.

Home improvement installation experience (roofing a plus!).

At least 2 years supervising on‑site construction personnel.

Typical work hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility during peak seasons.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or a strong safety mindset).

Willingness to become forklift certified.

Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or CRM software helpful.

Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
