Job Details
Base starting wage: $25.50–$29.50 plus $1 per hour shift differential
Shoe voucher/reimbursement after 60 days of employment
Night shift hours: Sunday–Thursday 6 pm–6 am
Duties and Responsibilities
A maintenance technician, or maintenance mechanic, in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Their duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems; inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and reporting major breakdowns or repairs on machinery.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in manufacturing or a comparable work environment
Related degree from a college, technical college, or military experience
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools; ability to take apart machines, equipment or devices to remove and replace defective parts
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments
