Assignment: 13‑week commitment with 1‑week orientation.
Compensation $60.00/hour for day shifts (7:00am‑7:00pm) – includes shift differentials.
$66.00/hour for weekend shifts – includes shift differentials.
Emerging disease pay – available if eligible.
Travel bonus – none.
Schedule 36 guaranteed hours (3–12 hour shifts per week). Weeks are days only.
Unit M/S Ortho Unit – Days.
Assignment Length Maximum 13 weeks. Contracts may be extended but total cannot exceed 12 consecutive months at any location/facility.
Key Qualifications
Registered Nurse license to practice in Texas or a Compact RN license from an NCLA Compact State.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Active BLS Certification.
Active ACLS Certification.
Acute care experience required.
BSN preferred.
Responsibilities The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care activities that are developmental and age‑specific for the population served. The RN performs a wide variety of job duties during shifts, promotes and restores patient health by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, completing the nursing process and patient plans of care, providing emotional, physical and spiritual support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members.
